Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on zobooq.com and for what purpose, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device so that the website works correctly or to remember information about your visit.
2. Cookies we use
Our own necessary cookies. Essential for the operation of the site and the application; they do not require consent.
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Session and authentication | Keep your session logged in and protect the account. |
| Preferences | Remember your language and other browsing preferences. |
| Consent | Remember your decision about analytics and advertising cookies (zbq_cookie_consent cookie, 12 months). |
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept them. They help us understand, in aggregate, how the website is used (pages visited, source of the visit) in order to improve it. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. They are not set until you accept them in the consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguish visitors pseudonymously. | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintain the measurement session state. | 2 years |
Advertising cookies (Google Ads), only if you accept them. They let us know which Google ads bring visits that end up creating an account (conversion measurement) so we can improve our campaigns. We do not use them to show you personalised advertising on our website. When you create an account we may send Google your email address converted into an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash) to refine that measurement; never in plain text. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. They are not set until you accept them in the consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_* (e.g. _gcl_aw) | Remember the click on a Google ad in order to attribute the conversion to it. | 90 days |
| zbq_gclid | Our own cookie holding the ad click identifier, as a backup for that attribution. | 90 days |
Behavioral analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity), only if you accept them. They help us understand how you interact with the website and the application through heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, in order to detect usability issues and improve the product. The provider is Microsoft Corporation (USA), under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the recordings mask the data entered into forms. They are not set until you accept them in the consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _clck | Keep a Clarity user identifier for the site. | 1 year |
| _clsk | Link the pages of a single browsing session. | 1 day |
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel), only if you accept them. They let us measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram (for example, whether a visit from an ad ends up creating an account) and show relevant ads to people who have already visited the site (remarketing). The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. They are not installed until you accept them in the consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Pseudonymously identify the browser to measure conversions and show ads on Facebook and Instagram. | 3 months |
| _fbc | Remember the click on a Meta ad to attribute the conversion (only if you arrive from an ad). | 3 months |
If you do not accept, the Google tag runs in denied consent mode (Consent Mode): it neither sets nor reads any cookie on your device and only sends anonymous, aggregated signals without identifiers.
In addition, we use our own aggregated analytics, which does not use third-party cookies or individually identify visitors.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics), advertising cookies (Google Ads) and behavioral analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) are only set with your prior consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you grant or refuse in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time from this very page.
4. How to manage cookies
You can change your decision about analytics and advertising cookies at any time using the "Manage cookie consent" button at the bottom of this page. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that, if you block the necessary cookies, some functions of the site or application may not work correctly. Consult the help of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to find out how to do this.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect technical or legal changes. We will publish the version in force on this page with its update date.
